Terms of service

1. The service

Genetix ("we") provides analytical testing of samples submitted by clients ("you") and issues a digital report of the results. Results relate only to the sample as received.

2. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send an order reference and shipping instructions. Payment is due before analysis begins unless we have agreed credit terms in writing.

3. Samples

You confirm that each sample is submitted for analytical testing only and that you have read the sample declaration. Samples are destroyed after reporting unless return has been agreed.

4. Reports

Reports are issued as measured and cannot be altered at your request. Each report is stored in our verification database. You may share your report; you may not alter it or present an altered copy as ours.

5. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a test is limited to the fee paid for that test. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
