How to prepare your sample

Send the product in its original container where possible, sealed and labelled. For vials, one unopened vial is enough for most tests; for oils and solutions, at least 1 mL; for tablets or capsules, five units. Do not send samples that have been opened or reconstituted unless we have agreed it in advance.

Full packaging, labelling and shipping instructions are sent with your order confirmation. Samples arriving without an order reference cannot be logged.
